Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their highest potential. Our goal is to take the guesswork out of training by using science-driven protocols to create effective programs that build strength and keep athletes injury-free. We know that most athletes are playing year round and we are proud to partner with experts, Dr. Jay Villareal DPT and Rehab Chiropractor, Dr. Michael Cardinal, who oversee athlete rehab and return to play, and provide oversight on our programming.

We offer the following types of training options:

  • Team Training – If you are a team looking to learn the foundations of strength training or continue to develop your speed, agility and strength, we are here to make your goals into a reality.

About Coach Sophia

Sophia holds a range of certifications, namely the CSCS, PPSC, XPS and USAW. These drive purposeful and science-driven programs that help keep athletes safe and healthy, while her genuine love for youth coaching is a main reason she’s worked with many of her athletes for years. She cares deeply, not just for each athlete’s athletic development, but also about their character and who they are becoming.
